I'm writing this as a cautionary tale because my experience with this company was absolutely terrible. Shop elsewhere. This is a terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money, but when it's time for them to fix the issue, it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get in touch with someone in India, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can't care less. Why? Because there's no one else to talk to in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It feels like you're being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help is exactly why I felt compelled to call customer service and now leave this review.
Customer: I'm calling about an issue with my glasses, and I'm utterly frustrated. It feels impossible to get any help, and every time I call, it's a terrible experience.
